Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage of the products, services, software, platform, and websites (collectively, "Services") provided by ChargeForward ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy and our Terms of Service. You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@chargeforward.com. Please note that we may be required to retain certain information (such as transaction records) for legal or accounting purposes. Additionally, once data has been transferred to a Partner Law Firm, you may need to contact them directly to request deletion from their records, as they have independent record-keeping obligations under legal ethics rules.
